The financing department was awful when it came to helping me cancel my gap and extended warranty, Then 5 months later they sent it to the bank knowing my car was paid off in August. This was after i had to fax over papers myself to actually cancel everything and the gap company calling them asking where my money was. I’ll never do business with these people again.
We just purchased our third vehicle from South Pointe Honda. Aside from the high value of their vehicles, it is always a good experience do business with their staff. Ariel was particularly delightful to work with. Very accomodating and thorough.
They are friendly & helpful.
South Pointe Honda can only improve if they treat their customers equally. I had my worst car buying experience yesterday (Jan 12, 2019) with a finance department person who sounded very rude and I felt was racial. Wish South Pointe Honda has all staff that treats their customers equally. Only reason to go to South Pointe Honda was due to a referral from a friend of mine who purchased several Hondas for his family sometime ago (may be my friend was lucky to get to work with a courteous staff member at that time.
