I have always had great car care and people care from South Pointe. I've been a customer since before it became South Pointe.
Buying process was easy Salesman was good, but when I had transmission problems 2 days after and was not happy with the vehicle otherwise I made an attempt to contact the salesman who can’t help me... I sent an email with no response... I called multiple times and Managers were not available, so I left my number 3 times with no callback... I spoke with customer service via web chat to explain the situation and was supposed to be contacted but never was again... it’s under warranty I get it but to be ignored after the sale an... read more
