Went and looked at a Type R Saturday for my father in law and the man I spoke to then was very nice, so I passed his card to the father in law. Last night they went by to check it out and nobody wanted to help them at all, so they got back in their car and went down the road and bought a car with another dealer. Way to drop the ball on a pre approved sale.

Found a car through carfax, sent a message and Jason fountain responded immediately and got me into my car that same day and has been amazing since! He even followed up with me to make sure I was still loving my ride. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed with my decisions. He’s your man if you need a ride!!! Did I mention I was doing this with 4 elementary age kids?? Lol. It was still a pretty smooth process because of his dedication to serve me.

Trey Smallwood was great with my service. I called 2 weeks ahead and had an appointment. I had quite a few things and live out of town. They reserved a rental for me and that went surprisingly smoothly. He even went over what was recommended and discussed prices. I didn’t feel pressured. I will use South Pointe again for my Honda Pilot maintenance!
