Horrible experience... The person who helped me at first when showing the cars he is okay but coming to the part of quotation he was at 27658 and we asked for 26598 and we asked can I talk with your manager but he said he won’t talk with people with rediculus offers. Is this the way it works???

Even though I had an appointment I Had to wait almost 3 hours to get oil change and battery replaced and the mechanic broke a piece while changing the battery too .. they couldn’t replace the broken rode but had to order the part which is supposed to be delivered in 2 days...so disappointing experience and that’s not the first time .... last time they forgot to tighten the oil pan log nut and had to go back and do another oil change...bad bad service
Tim Sterrenberg did an excellent job finding just the right vehicle for me! He’s got a great talent for this and follows his calling that the Lord has placed on him! Thank you South Pointe Honda for this wonderful experience! We will definitely be returning the next time we are in need of a vehicle!
