My wife and I drove 12 hours round trip with our three young boys and dog to purchase a 2019 Ford Expedition and trade in our 2018 Traverse. We have had two experiences with South Pointe. The before sales experience was great there was a couple issues with the vehicle including a mismatched rim and tire and in the cargo area there was a broken trim piece behind the third row. RecommendedGreeted be Joe Green upon arrival. He was accommodating without any pressure allowing my wife time and I to view the vehicle. Joe took us on the most comprehensive road test I've ever had. We received a trade agreement almost exactly to the dollar that I had figured before arriving at South Point. Austin in finance was also very helpful and informative. So far South Point has been great to deal with doing what they say they will.
