Would not recommend their service center. Dropped my truck off Saturday to get checked out and Monday morning we were finally told what needed to get fixed. I asked our advisor, Mike, how long it would take to finish since it’s be there since Saturday and I was rudely told that they were very busy and I was free to pick it up if I didn’t want to wait. That’s exactly what we did, we picked it up and took it to a different dealership and got the issue fixed the same day! Definitely not going back there.
They were very friendly and fast to get us in today before our appointment time.

Wonderful experience. Very quick and painless. Gregg Jones our salesman was very caring and understanding to our needs. He put us in exactly what our family needed. They gave us top dollar for our trade in and got our monthly payment down to a price that we can afford. The staff were very patient and understanding. They were great with our kids and we all really enjoyed our experience. We look forward to future business with South Pointe Chevrolet.
