Had my Chevy truck serviced yesterday. Jody, my service tech, most friendly, helpful with my questions and did an outstanding job representing himself and South Pointe Chevrolet.
They were very helpful and got us in very quickly, did the repairs in a very timely manner I was very well pleased with their service.
Absolutely love South Point Chevy! They always go above and beyond for my family. We have bought both our cars from them and always get all are services done with them.
I so appreciated calling and then saying to come in immediately and I pulled straight into the garage they repaired my issue I was pleasantly surprised with the cost and be speeding us of the service I was in and out within 20 minutes I so appreciated the kindness that Mike showed.
Great bunch of people there they do great work
When you are a girl and they treat you like you know nothing.... the manager was upset because I said no to his offer and hung up on me. I understand their job is to sell the cars, but there is a right way to do it. Super pushy people.
