So the gm of south pointe mailed me a letter that he signed. When I got the mail this morning it was in a plain white envelope with no return address and in big red letters on the front ...SECOND NOTICE. Well as you can imagine I became very concerned so I stoped everything and opened the letter only to realize it was an attempt to sale me a extended warranty. Worked with Jody and was very pleased. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He sincerely wanted to help me. I talked to him on the phone first and made an appointment and he was waiting for me.I hope he sticks around and hope you keep him around. Seems every time I find an adviser I like they leave. They are all friendly and willing to work with me. No lines to wait to get taken care of. My car was ready earlier than I thought.
