Did an oil change on it and some unexpected warranty work thank you for getting the work done
Go to Jackie Cooper Mercedes service a few times and take notes. Your phone call is almost always answered first time you call, and they address you by name when you call (good caller ID), and if you must leave a message they call you back in a timely fashion. Either South Point’s voice message system doesn’t work or they ignore messages because I’ve left numerous voice messages over several months with a couple different service issues. Poor customer service with sales. Had arrangements to drive 2 hours to purchase a truck. The next day the truck was sold out from underneath me.
