Great service from start to finish! The sales person Bob Vanhouse, very profesional and courteous. The same for the General Manager, and service department personnel. I recommend the simplicity and honesty of the dealer. I asked questions and they got the right answers, special attention for me as a disable Veteran, that’s very important for me.

Prompt and service, honesty to the customers. They always ask before rendering a service, and communicating with them is easy.
I've been very happy with southpointe in the past but not today. Cost was higher than led to believe from deal I responded to. Have to take car to Firestone to get tire pressure fixed after tires rotated. Onstar says pressure is low but service said can vary by 5 pounds and the new oil change sticker they put on car has current mileage for next change. Just really careless and disappointing compared to past experience.
It’s always top of the line service !!
