We recently had an issue with our 2018 Chevy Silverado. As many of you can imagine we dreaded making the phone call to the dealership even though we were very pleased with them at the time of our original purchase date. it took an hour and 15 minutes to Get oil changed. Had three recommended services which 2 of them had already been completed so that means they didn’t actually complete the multi point inspection. Charged over $60 for oil Change.
