Every time I have had to visit this hospital I've always received fabulous care. Unfortunately I've been there a lot, as recent as being discharged today. I actually drive past several closer hospitals to ensure that I am getting the best care. The Drs and the nurses all care and listen. The entire staff is courteous and helpful. Most Nurses friendly, treated my mom so well. She had fallen and was admitted. But overall awesome. One nurse even offered me crackers and coffee. CPU#7 la Dominicana nurse, Spanish is a plus. 11/14 and 11/15 Thank you�
Our nurse was amazing as well as the dr. Been in this er more times than I care to recall and this was by far the friendliest staff EXCEPT the nasty Hefner that answered the call button!!
I have been admitted to South Lake Hospital Cardiac Care Unit several times and have always received the best care possible. The nurses are all very compassionate and genuinely cared about my health. Dr. Tawam is AWESOME. Thank you all for taking great care of me!
Physicians (Dr Skipper in ER & Dr Khan hospitalists both really listen) nursing staff from ER to Cardiac Unit (Patty, Melody and Deb charge nurse) were top notch. Cardiology Dr Cusco and Dr Duggal and Tessa were there every day and very caring and responsive. Overall for a scary situation the hospital staff and Dr's did a great job taking care of me quickly and efficiently but also correctly. Very pleased �
I have been to the ER three times now within the last 10 days or so. I am receiving a series of rabies shots. From my point of entry your security personnel are extremely professional and courteous. Don't ever let them go. Your check in staff at the desk. Professional. Courteous and compassionate. Your nurses and doctors. All friendly and again compassionate and well versed in their jobs. Overall an outstanding group of employees. Take care of them like they do patients. Thank you for your services.
