I had a Heart Catherization in their Cath Lab. Great nurse that stay with me the whole time. Dr Suleiman, my Cardiologist did a great job. I would recommend both.
They were caring. And took. Care of me in an orderly semi fast but accurate manor. Fell and cracked tail bone. .
Released today and I want to commend all of the staff for the unbelievably superb care I received. Third floor (373) teams were caring, kind & efficient.
Worst hospital I have ever been in. The ER was ok but the actual hospitalization needs allot of work. If you have good insurance watch out... They will do anything including lies to keep you there as long as they can to rack up the bill for insurance. The care was horrible there!!! I will drive as far as it takes to go to another hospital to avoid south lake hospital no matter how severe the need is!!!
Our 3rd trip to this ER and always have a long wait they need to consider some of the new ER methods to cut wait time if we could go to a minute clinic or Urgent care we would but can't with blood clots last time it took over an hour for discharge paperwork to be completed
HORRIBLE!!!! If it wasn't for the RN Kelli on the second floor idk what I would do. This place is full of nurses & CNA'S that don't care.
Horrible hospital, the icu nurses are so rude and shows no compassion...
Excellent facilities great staff. Could change the bed linens and offer to give the patients a shower when they have to be there for awhile.
Mom has been there several times as well as other family members and we received excellent care.
