Was not at all impressed with the car my husband received in the ER last night. Not one bit. Will avoid that ER if at all possible in the future.
My sister in law gave birth here on Tuestay a and the staff here is amazing! We were at Winnie Palmer on Monday and we are all very glad we ended up at South Lake because the service is not comparable. If you want your loved ones to be treated like loved ones and not numbers than I would highly recommend South Lake.
They were very quick at getting is back and getting my daughter seen, how ever the time it took between diagnosing my daughter and treating her was way too long especially since treatment was minimal. Also time between treatment and discharge was absurd And they were NOT busy, so it made no sense. But overall not bad and they helped my daughter and that's what matters
The nurses are A1. Kind, caring and supportive. Thank you so much nurse Stephanie, on the 3rd floor. You are taking such good care of our family member, and we are so grateful!!
you give the PPL that register you history and it never makes it to the PA...you tell the xray tech and it never makes it to the PA...you tell the PA 3 times while she's busy yanking on the foot that hurts and wont bend and she's not listening to you she's too busy trying to make an injured body part move that doesn't move like normal anymore causing more pain...claim nothings wrong on a part that you know is fractured and has arthritis, but don't do an MRI to check for additional injury...is it me or does this seem a little... read more
How 8 black men die at this hospital. At the hamds of sheriffs ummm. Something is wrong and the reporters in that town know it. Smh My son was one. It's will be your next if something is not done about this. The nurse in charge of my son care can't come to court cause they say she has cancer. Really.
This hospital is really nice and everyone seemed to be very friendly. Only person we had a problem with was the lady who wheelchaired my wife downstairs. She was just very rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing but her badge did say she was a volunteer so she probably didn't care. Other then that a great place.
The nursing staff was wonderful. Would have liked for the doctors to keep me better informed. The day I was to be discharged took entirely too long-knew the evening before I would be discharged, but it was 4:30pm before that was done. There should be a better system.
