I love going here to get my labs done and tests to! Staff is always friendly and helpful!
Only my second hospital experience since 1966. Both have been excellent. Heart cath. this time and everyone involved was wonderful. Separate letter will be sent to the hospital HR. section with names.
They killed my girlfriend! She has been in and out of that hospital all year and they never tested her for mrsa! If you have mrsa and go to this hospital I'm sorry to tell you but your probably going to die!!! I will never forgive them for what they did to her!!! I will never trust in them again!!!!!!!

I had my daughter at the Women's Center earlier this year (Dr. Casavant) and had carpal tunnel surgery (Dr. Feiner) at the outpatient day surgery center yesterday. For both events, the nursing staff and doctors were INCREDIBLE! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Everyone is so helpful and friendly, it felt like I was being cared for by family. In all my experience with medical facilities, South Lake is the best of the best!
This is my 3rd visit to the hospital this month. Everyone is kind and caring. They make sure you are comfortable and cared for. I have on more surgery this month and I know I'm in good hands.
Worst hospital ever, my niece who is a week over due and was scheduled for induction, was told oh sorry we made a mistake come back tomorrow, but wait let's do a stress test to see if the baby is ok, oh oops looks like the baby is distressed and now we may have to keep you, yes of course the baby is stressed you stresses out the mother bc of you mistake, piss or excuse for a hospital, ever from my personal experience with my boy, they couldn't take care of them either and ultimately sent me to Arnold Palmer
It's pretty sad when the staff in ICU doesn't even check a patients chart to see he has heart meds and other meds he HAS to have DAILY...and he goes without them the whole time he is in ICU and only when he's moved out to a regular room does the nurse catch it within the first 30 minutes he is in her care!!! Thanks to Jessica for her true care of my dad!!!
