I heard about the 3 floor.and i experience with my mom and dad the bad treatment and the lack of human touch with the patients. Just a hand bunch are professional and care .the others are for the money and thas it.....
Wife had medical emergency, 3/29/2017. Walked into emergency room only to find more than 100 people waiting for service. Of course our thoughts were that we would be several hours waiting until seen by a doctor. In reality, the wait was much, much shorter than believed. All personnel was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. In addition, we learned that emergency was a false scare. A good night! Thanks South Lake Hospital!
Wonderful staff..broke bones in foot on vacation and staff was so nice...in and out in less than an hour.
I had to have a procedure done last night in the ER, and the PA, think he said his name was Mike. He was Wonderful. He told me everything he was going to do. He was very upbeat and he knew I was scared, so he kept me calm by talking to me during this. Can't Praise him and the Staff enough!�
South Lake Outpatient Center is awesome. The couple of times we have been there, everyone has been very kind and helpful. The care is very good.
I was sitting in the examining room over an hour. No one acknowledge I was there. I finally got up and left.

I have to take a minute and just say how WONDERFUL my nurses are here this time! So blessed to have such sweet, kind and caring people take care of me. I can't tell you how amazing they all have been. Trish, Patty and Marie in the CDU unit , these ladies have really helped me and all have such a loving heart. Last visit last week I had a nurse name Melanie, she was one of those ppl you ,meet and you just feel so blessed to have met. I've been super lucky these last 2 visits with really great nurses.
