This particular experience was much better than some of my past experiences at South Lake. Triage was good, ER nurse and Dr's were good as well as floor nurses and staff in CDU. I have had very bad experiences there in the past but this time was completely different. Hats off!
Went in to get checked after a mild seizure. Only spent 3 hours there. Was taken back within 2 minutes of arriving. Dr. Neall was nice, Ivy the NP was great, Trevor the paramedic was awesome with me while doing my labs and IV port even though I'm a big chicken. I'm not a fan of hospitals but everyone was great here!
Friendly staff, very efficient, professional, kind, empathetic and thorough. Both of my children were born at the Women's Center. We have visited the ER several times, in addition to the CDU, CCU, lab, and outpatient surgery. We have had very pleasant experiences each time.
Staff in Clinical Decision Unit are excellent. They take care of all needs and very caring👍
