My 4 year old daughter was taken here Per her Dr request, and she got right in with, breathing treatment, x-rays and a IV fluids. They were great with her and made sure we were ok. She went from not eating, and throwing up for 3 days w fever, to my beautiful full of life baby doll. Nothing worse that a sick baby. They made her better and gave her stickers and broth and Jell-O. She was scared they made it better for her. So thank you!
Positive experience in the ER tonight. My 5 year old fell at school and we were pretty sure he fractured his wrist. From check in to xrays to putting his splint on, every team member we came in contact with went out of their way to make him feel less scared. I only wish I would have paid better attention to everyone's names so I could give them all proper credit. Thank you all for taking such good care of our son.
Staff was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Very helpful getting my young daughter in and out. Our wait times at this E.R. have always been exceptionally quick compared to thier competitors. Clean facility and comforting staff, including housekeeping and Food Service. Our go to hospital.
Thanks for taking such great care of my husband South Lake !!!! Outstanding care from the 911 crew , ER staff, and the ICU staff ! God bless all of you and to the staff who perform the endless test on him and all patients. I have been a RN for 26 years and I highly recommend this facility to anyone. !!
Worst hospital experience I have ever had. Sat in E.R. room for over an hour without being seen ot checked on. I felt like I was forgotten about because nobody checked on me. Finally a student came and cleaned my open wound and stitched me up. The hospital is understaffed and I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
