I have been a patient at South Lake several times. I have always received kind, compassionate, thorough, and professional care both in the ER and as an inpatient. I feel very confident in praising South Lake and all of the staff.

Every time we have been there, either in the ER or getting testing done, everyone has been helpful & professional. My husband had surgery yesterday & they kept me informed throughout the day as to where he was, etc. I am very pleased that I chose to work with this medical facility. Try it, you'll like it too.
It was a quick visit...and they have very nice doctors and nurses they treated my daughters very good..I'm very happy ��

An amazing hospital. The staff is fabulous very kind. Just wish it was closer to where we live. We were here for my husbands surgery & over night stay. Definitely would use this hospital all the time if we were not an hour away.
I cannot thank the staff enough for reacting so quickly to a serious allergic reaction my son was having...they were amazing!!!
Although I previously had a very poor experience in the E.R. ( do you REALLY feed a man who is having stomach and possible heart problems salty soup and fried chicken with tomato sauce ? ), I had an excellent experience getting an MRI, yesterday. I have had 2 bad experiences with Dr. Skipper, and will avoid that E.R. if at all possible.
