We brought our son in to have his elbow popped back into place last Thursday evening while vacationing in Clermont. The ER staff was wonderful and treated him well and we were in and out quickly. Thank you to all nurses and the doctor for an enjoyable ER visit!
Currently in the ER been here from 11pm yesterday. In for high blood pressure. Been neglected by my nurse. I guess they think freezing rooms,starvation,and sleep deprivation is the cure for high blood pressure.
I just got released yesterday and had excellent care and treatment while I was there. I highly recommend South Lake!

I have gone to South Lake Emergency Room on 2 occasions bleeding through my ears during the last 2 years! The ER Drs, Physician Assistant, nurses and staff are excellent professionals, they did ear lavage and cleaning, prescribed medications and referred me to ENT Drs, Family physician that also work at South Lake Hospital! I had outpatient surgery to remove my gallbladder on 11-13-15. I was immediately registered and was taken back to be prepped. Once surgery was over it was like they were rushing me out. The nurse i had was waking me up before the anesthesia wore off and she was sitting the bed up from a laying position. I was in so much pain as i had just had my gallbladder removed. Then i was rushed into the bathroom to get dressed and was sent home. Do they really care?
I went there suspecting I had a broken foot. The staff was professional & listened to my complaints. I left there with diagnosis of Broken Foot & a "walking cast"!
All I could said is that for me is the best ..All the staff treat you very well...Isa beautiful hospital.. Very clean
Very nice hospital if you have to be in one emergency area was very thorough I was very pleased and the nurses and Dr's were very good. It is handy and all the doctors are right in the area. Very pleased.
