Karee Carter was Amazing and got me exactly what I was looking for. I recommend him to everyone! This is where customer service lives!
Really very annoyed today. I've had my Sorento since 2015. Always gone over early Saturday morning to get oil and tires done. Get there today and am informed that now you must have an appointment. They have my email address and phone number. Why would it be such a problem for them to email a notice out to there customers? Have had several issues with back brake light as well that they can't seem to figure out. Their customer service practices have gotten worse and pretty sure I'll never buy a Kia again!
My salesman Karee Carter was great! I recommend him to anyone!
Excellent service would come back again Evon was outstanding thank you for your time
I had a great experience at Sons Kia! Evon was spectacular! The entire process was very smooth. I give my experience an A++
RecommendedThere was a little confusion at first on if the car was being already sold or not. However, Karee took care of us and I drove off in a 2015 KIA Forte.
