Karee Carter was Amazing and got me exactly what I was looking for. I recommend him to everyone! This is where customer service lives!
Really very annoyed today. I've had my Sorento since 2015. Always gone over early Saturday morning to get oil and tires done. Get there today and am informed that now you must have an appointment. They have my email address and phone number. Why would it be such a problem for them to email a notice out to there customers? Have had several issues with back brake light as well that they can't seem to figure out. Their customer service practices have gotten worse and pretty sure I'll never buy a Kia again!
