If I could give a lesser star I would. They just take advantage of elderly people. The absolute worst bullies in the world, not to mention slick talkers. KIA.....if you are reading this You should be ashamed. If you need me to remind you, it was July 2. Couple traded in a 2011 Ford escape for a 2017 Kia Sportage. $25,000 now in debt!!!!! They told you not to sale their escape and the Salesman and Sales Manager but said it's too late, you signed all the papers. Can't help.
