I bought my car 3 weeks ago the same day I bought it my tire pressure sensor came on so I took it back to the dealership and they told me to take my car to the BMW dealership and they would handle the payment. Last week my check engine light came on I took my car to the dealership and once again they told me to take it to the BMW dealership because they couldn’t fix the problem and they’ll handle it ... today I take my car to the BMW dealership and they say “ NO we were only going to pay for it if it was something simple.”
Service sales are all top notch
2019 Kia optima Perry Elliott provided outstanding customer service and is a great reflection on Son's Kia as a whole. Aside from the outstanding customer service, I wish the new Kias came with a spare tire instead of it being an option. The tire mobility kit seems very sub-par compared to an actually tire.
I received great service from everyone I spoke with, and came away with a decent deal on a very nice car. I'd definitely recommend Sons Kia to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.
