RecommendedI have never had a better experience with Kia than with Sons. My car broke down on my way back from Nashville and my insurance towed it to this location. Jose over in the service department has been in great communication with me since. He is polite and friendly as well as very informative about what is wrong with my Kia and the steps they have taken. Excellent, friendly, professional service Jose was wonderful to work with. I had some recall work that needed to be done on my Sorento. He made sure that all the needed work was completed in one visit. He and the other staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. I got my car back cleaner than I left it and in the time period promised. I can honestly say that this was the best auto service experience I've ever had!
It was as if I was right at home I was greeted with a warm smile cookie and brownies coffee or hot chocolate or tea they check on me inform me of my vehicle I enjoy the astomphere all I can say is Kia you are doing a great job continue God bless Kia
