Mandy was very knowledgeable and helpful. she got me into a car with all the features I was looking for and the gas mileage!!!!!
Karee Carter is a very good salesperson. However when I went to sign the paper work I almost paid $1500 more then the price I was quoted. Thank goodness my husband told me to wait. The paperwork was $1500 more!!!! I felt like that was sneaky. THEN after leaving I get a call that I forgot to sign something. I went back to learn that THEY didn’t add a bullshit charge of $800.00. We asked to speak to a manager and a guy said “I’m a manager”. We told him what happened and he couldn’t care less. Buyer beware.
Please make sure you are watching everything they put in front of you to sign! This dealership is conniving and sneaky! My salesman was Nathan Redford and he is very sneaky and conniving at what he does!

My sales person was Mandy Riggs. She is as very helpful even though it was kinda long process. She was very patient with my timing and when she wasn’t able to assist me right at the moment she made sure somebody was there to work with me.
Just purchased a new 2017 KIA Optima hybrid. Did all my car searching on-line with USAA until I found what I wanted. The search showed Sons KIA nearby had the make and model I wanted. Johnny Williams greeted me promptly upon arrival and attended to me through the process until it was time to wait for the purchasing paperwork.
