RecommendedBest Service Ever at Car Dealership Prompt, polite, productive service. Jose was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure he knew everything I needed. The office was welcoming, clean and offered a pleasant waiting area. The shuttle to the shopping mall was unexpected and very desirable at Christmas time. Jose called and gave me updates while I was shopping. He found another safety issue that we knew was going to be needed soon and it was good to get it done all at one time. I felt like I had a new car when I left.
Sons Kia has honestly NEVER failed to impress me in the many times I have brought my 2013 Optima in to be serviced. They are always so courteous and really go above and beyond for their customers. Got to give a shout out to Jose in the service dept!! You guys nailed it when you brought him on the team. We were lied too! Overpriced, and the manager is very rude! Basically they love you to make a sale and then they don’t want to make you happy at all. I do not recommend this business
