I called and spoke with the delivery lady and she was very helpful. I will visit there when I'm ready to purchase. The customer service I received from her, I know the entire staff has to have excellent customer service. Good Job
Went in for my 2nd oil change and no problems with getting it done in a timely matter. Just got back from a 4000 Mile road trip in my new 2017 Sportage and really liked the way it handled in all kinds of roads and traffic. Bought it in Feb. from Jessika and really liked dealing with her.
I received exceptional service from the service department yesterday on my 2013 KIA Sportage. I purchased it new in Macon 3 years ago but was afraid to drive all the way back for the problem I was having. They had diagnostics done & my Sportage repaired in less than 3 hours. I will definitely be going back here!

Just dealt with the sales staff for the third time in two years for purchasing. This time around the vehicle was for me. I just drove away in a 2013 Optima Hybrid and love it!!!
Customer service here has gone down the drain will not purchase another vehicle from here management care about making deals and not the employee customer service to the customers .Israel helped the best he could.came back the next day he wasn't there sales manager apollo and alex tried to force me into a vehicle i didn't want . The price even increased..Went to toyota and traded in my sportage for a rav4 treated with respect even was greeted by the general manager. Loren Allen is an excellent sales person, he listened to what I wanted and tried very hard to provide kept me informed every step of the way. I currently have a 2014 Soul Jacob in service was extremely helpful as is Stephen in parts . Thanks to all three!
