Try the Son's Kia Dealership in McDonough, its a great experience!!
Not very happy with them at the moment. Was told on the phone there would be no charge to find out the problem with a window, drove over clear across town (I live close to Newton County) and was then told it would cost $115 for them to look at the car. People need to honor what they are telling customers on the phone.
i had the best salesperson who made sure we got the car we wanted. everyone at the dealership was so nice and i really love my car.
My experience with my new purchase was hard to beat. As a consumer you want to find value not only in the product you purchase but the experience is equally important. Sons of Kia and Tyran Benson out did them selves my making sure I was satisfied. Even before I had this opportunity to write this review I have already given them praise when talking about my new car. Awesome is the best way to describe my experience.
Love my new 2015 Optima. Got a great deal, everyone I came in contact with was helpful and nice, and I can't wait to use my Falcon's tickets!
I'm very happy with my new kia optima. Frandoo is very knowledgeable . If I know anyone wanting a new car, I'll refer then to sons of kia.
I had horrible customer service at this dealership.......the dealer was more concerned about their liability than making a customer happy. We left this dealership with our vehicle having problems it didn't have when we brought our vehicle there.......i took it to Cobb County KIA where the vehicle was purchased and they gladly fixed the problem Sons KIA caused. Way better customer service at other KIA dealers.

The service we received at the time of shopping for the car was good. I left the lot without a headache. Needless to say since then it has been one thing after the other. The salesman contacts my husband via text which I think is very unprofessional about various things such as signing a dealership delivery fee paper even though the car we purchased was on the lot at the time.
