Great location. Housekeeping is an extra charge so may be a consideration for longer stays. Subway runs beneath the building if that affects your decision.
The location is superb, this is a place just to sleep to get your batteries recharged over night. There isn't a gym nor many appliances but receptionists are really friendly and helpful with plenty of tips of what to find and where.
Stayed here 4 nights in a single room (solo traveler) and while the room was small, it worked great for me as I was just in there to shower and sleep. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. They do provide a sound machine which was a nice touch. Location was great and super close to either the Queensway or Paddington tube station. I would stay at a Sonder again. And actually I rather appreciated that rooms were not serviced, then I didn’t have to worry about picking things up daily. Would return!
Had a great stay here! Spent 5 nights in an excellent room. Restroom had good water pressure. Location is quiet, nice, and convenient. Food/coffee is available until 3pm in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!
Bedbugs - Room 505. Room refunded and changed but couldnt sleep. Hotel manager has all the photos from airdrop, so unclear what they are doing with this room while its infested. Will update as and when they confirm next steps.
