Don't bother booking this hotel with Accor even if you are a Diamond Member.. there is nothing special offered here compared to Sofitels in Asia except to make you feel like a poor immigrant. At least, please ask how much extended time I wanted for my late checkout before saying "no". The rooms are made up so fast that the hotel could have allowed me an extra 30 mins to an hour. But the point is they don't bother to ask. Maybe it's because I didn't drive a Bentley and didn't wear a Richard Mille on my wrist.
Hotel London St. James is filled with extremely considerate employees who are willing to go the extra step to help you. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. The enmities are above excellent. The location is topper. The restaurant Honey Pot offers an excellent range of tasty meals. Breakfast lunch or dinners are all top-notch.
