Constant Fire Alarms Been living here for six months and there’s been over 3 fire alarms that go off in the middle of the night and that last a few hours. They also had planned 2 full day fire alarm drills in the winter time while it was raining. This was an extremely disruptive and inconsiderate of the building to plan it during the winter especially for those who got sick and had nowhere to go and had to listen to fire alarms for 16 hours. Verified Renter BE DTLA is a great community to become a resident of. The complex is in a safe area of downtown LA, has 24/7 security, and requires resident keys to enter any floor of the complex. You truly hardly have to leave your apt. with a grocery store, chipotle, Starbucks, and home office area all at your fingertips if you press the right button on the elevator. If you havent guessed by now I rate BE DTLA 10/10!
Verified Renter The maintenance team is wonderful. Very quick to respond to the (very few) times Ive had an issue. The twice yearly inspections are always done to ensure everything is up to code. Excellent service.
