5 star property! The amenities are great, fitness center, yoga studio, work from home studio, pool/pool house and pet park. I was surprised how quickly and professionally the office handles outstanding questions. The maintenance team led by Jesse, Mario and Jose works beautifully and always a quick turn around on work orders. Looks like Alan is running this place perfectly. I am super glad to live here. it truly is a hidden gem in downtown part of Los Angeles. I am really looking forward to next resident event!
