Verified Renter I absolutely love my studio apartment and the community. There is a grocery store, chipotle and start bucks literally downstairs. Along with a lot of options within walking distance. The complex is pretty clean despite some lazy neighbors who literally refuse to put trash down the shoot and prefer to just leave it in the trash room. Verified Renter Be has great amenities but the management doesnt fix the AirBNB problem. There has been graffiti appearing the stairwells and the building has lacked on cleanliness.
