don’t live here for sure. Worst soundproof ever. I even live on 7th floor (top floor) I can hear the footsteps from rooftop and lower floor. Neighbors not good. Smoking weed their terrace or anywhere. Friendly staff but would go somewhere else. Living here almost an year but not single good experience here.

Have lived here for about 2 months, and this place is a great place for your pets and babies :) The best part of the building is that they keep the common areas clean by water washing them every day! The staff is all very attentive and nice. Kory, the technician, made it even better for me! Loved how they would send someone so quickly to fix the issue. Highly recommend!

Various facilities and programs are provided for tenants, but it is difficult for me to participate as a language barrier. Of course, this is my weakness.
