Their maintenance support is probably one of the best I’ve ever encountered living across California. Verified Renter Honestly Be DTLA is an amazing complex from the very first moment I came to visit for a tour. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The buildings are crazy clean and smell great on each floor which with being in LA is hard to come by especially considering being super close to Downtown. Love that there is a Starbucks and grocery store super close for convenience. My only complaint is about my upstairs neighbors stomping and walking really hard all day in the two weeks since moving in.

The studio outline is decent with some things wished to be desired such as pre-installed internet. The rate for some amenities are fantastic as you save $25 on internet, parking costs less than most apartments, and the water and power payments are done through Be DTLA.
