Biggest complaint is... (Verified Renter) Biggest complaint is the noise made by gardeners in the mornings. Would be ok if they started later in the day. The daily din in the morning has become excruciating. The noise of construction and constant turning on and off of utilities (water and power st times) is v ery inconvenient - it is not what one expects that the lease would have promised; a quiet and peaceful environment
It was supposed... (Verified Renter) It was supposed to have a new carpet since I rented this place. The old carpet is smelly, dirty, with lots of visible spots all over the place. It's not healthy and hygiene in my opinion. There is not enough employee in housekeeping dep to be able to keep the place clean, fresh smelling and spot less! Its right in... (Verified Renter) Its right in the middle of a high traffic area so I wouldn't recommend it unless you are necessarily into urban style living. But its a great property outside of the location.

Cons: (1)Limited parking... (Verified Renter) Cons: (1)Limited parking (outside parking lot is not "policed" with permits; therefore, non-residents can take parking spots away from residents). This becomes a problem especially later in the night and on holidays and weekends. Tenants with 2 vehicles (particularly those that have lived here multiple years) should be able to use 2 reserved spaces in the parking garage. Nice community with... (Verified Renter) Nice community with good amenities. Pet deposit and rent for caged pets expensive compared to other properties we visited. Would prefer more parking spaces. Like the in-unit washer and dryer.
