I've lived her... (Verified Renter) I've lived her going on 18 years. This property is extraordinary when it comes to upkeep. They are constantly revamping and upgrading. I know they have to do that to compete with the never ending new complexes in the area but they do it with efficiency and a smile.
The kitchen design... (Verified Renter) The kitchen design is not good. There are wide drawers and the drawers slide in and out on base guides.
I would and... (Verified Renter) I would and plan to stay a while! Thank you! I have gone through some major life changes and staying at Sofi has made these changes easily.
Everything has been... (Verified Renter) Everything has been great. Only hitch was the short time the elevators were out and still dealing a little bit with water puddles in parking (would be nice if those were swept out by maintenance staff so it could dry)
Maintenance was handled... (Verified Renter) Maintenance was handled professionally and a note was left at the door indicating they were inside the apartment. Timing took a bit more than a day to handle which was not ideal, but is ok since request was not super urgent.
