I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this complex a lot and hope to make it my home for a long time. Been here about 2 1/2 yrs so far. I just hope that the landlord does not get greedy when it comes time to renew my lease soon. I lived in an Equity Residential apt. complex for 7 years because Equity was always reasonable with its periodic rent increases and some years, did NOT even raise the rent at all.

I felt safe... (Verified Renter) I felt safe and liked the leasing professional I had communicated my needs and situation. Also, the apartment complex looked kept up and I did not encounter anything unpleasant during the tour.

(Verified Renter) Unfortunately, the current rent quote does not give much incentive to move, and the structure of the building does not prevent a lot of air flow toward the hallway side of the apartments. These could be overlooked, but if my current place will rent for just as much, there is no real incentive to relocate.

repairs are for... (Verified Renter) repairs are for the most part, timely and done well. I would warn any future residents potential damage caused by maintenance personnel that may caused a deduction from the deposit.
