Maintenance was handled... (Verified Renter) Maintenance was handled professionally and a note was left at the door indicating they were inside the apartment. Timing took a bit more than a day to handle which was not ideal, but is ok since request was not super urgent.
Staff here are... (Verified Renter) Staff here are great, location is great, temperature through both seasons has been really comfortable, and the parking situation is amazing. The building is a little old, which becomes very apparent after living here just over six months, but overall we're happy here.

Packages were left... (Verified Renter) Packages were left all over the locker area and seemed like anyone could just come and take them. Jamboree road seems like it will be very loud for those living on that side of the building, however I love the location.
The recent challenges... (Verified Renter) The recent challenges with the elevator being down was not good. I understand it being down, but no communication directly from management was not good.
We love living... (Verified Renter) We love living in Irvine and even though this apartment complex is an older complex, the open layout with a lot of green space is unique compared to the other newer complexes and is also well kept.
I?m mean, why... (Verified Renter) I?m mean, why not. Though it may be an older apartment than those around them, it?s a good size, reasonable pricing, & great staff.

They quickly identified... (Verified Renter) They quickly identified the problem and a plan to repair the damage. The work began immediately. The repair work is beautiful and was done with minimal impact for me. Contact with maintenance personnel was always helpful, courteous, and professional.

Great Customer Service & Maintenance Service! Been here for 3 years and would have stayed longer but got a job offer in Los Angeles. Definitely recommend this place...a lot more affordable than most spots in Irvine. Great location, quiet, clean, and pet friendly.
