I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the grounds and my studio. But I just get depressed every time I have to walk in the hallways with the filthy carpet and the dirty smelly stairwells. I think Sofi would be so much nicer if you put down tile on the hallways.

The maintenance of... (Verified Renter) The maintenance of the common areas, particularly the rugs, needs to be addressed. Dog pee is everywhere and doesn't get cleaned. The community is nice, but management ruins it by letting the lowest quality of person rent there. It's slowly turning into a pretty Santa Ana. Marijuana smoked in every other apartment, dogs barking and peeing everywhere, it's rapidly going downhill.

It's cold and... (Verified Renter) It's cold and older feeling in the hallways. There was mold in an apartment. .they rented it out after they cleaned it. That concerns me. They didn't fix it nor have it looked into. The prices have gone up significantly since we first looked, would be nice to have a discount if we've shown serious interest or put money down to lock that pricing or close to that should we need to wait due to a lease.
