Nice location Good location. The units are nice as well and Christian in the office is amazing! He always made sure my stay with them was perfect. The maintenance was always fast and the gated parking was so convenient. Guest parking is kind of none existent so expect to have people park on the street and walk a bit. The units are nice pretty spacious and have washers and dryers in them plus A/C. The balconies are nice too. They have two pools and a tennis court and a good sized gym. everything to offer Close to freeway, w/d full size, love the pool gym , has elevator , pet friendly freeway close, minutes from my job, walk in, love the patios , quiet, pet friendly have I forgot anything it has it all

Average but Depends on Your Needs The complex is relatively affordable, considering the area. The apartments are roomy enough, though the layout has problems. For instance, there's not fan for the washer and dryer, so the whole apartment steams up. Fire alarms go off often because there is no ventilation from the kitchens (the alarms in the hallways and complex, not just the little ones in the apartment). Sofi apartments in Irvine We've lived in these apartments for almost two years now and couldn't be happier. The staff are extremely helpful, whenever there is a problem the maintenance staff is pretty quick to fix (from clogged drains to broken elevators). The leasing office is fully staffed and they treat you like a part of the family, which is so awesome. Sofi Irvine is Great So Far! I moved in to Sofi Irvine in late May because I was starting a job in Irvine. Sofi was clearly the cheapest apartment complex around and have a variety of options. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours with very little hassle, and the leasing office is pretty helpful (although they didn't alert me that I had a package, which is a bit annoying). The District of Irvine is walking distance, and so are many other tasty restaurants! Grocery stores are also very close and I hardly drive. The... read more

I'd renew the lease! This is a very nice complex, has great amenities and very clean. I'd actually renew my lease at this place, which is saying something. I always have issues at apt complexes for some reason, whether it be insects, poor property management or just noisy neighbors, but I can honestly say this is a very nice, quiet, clean and safe place to live.
