I went with my family and service was fine and we definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely be going back again
I had wanted to come here but now seeing these reviews I'm good. Customer service is what makes a place fun to visit, but I'd rather not waste my time and money.
I've been there 2 times its always jam packed so if you plan to attend you better have time over all its worth the wait. If you have restroom needs your out of luck no restroom for customers. I recommend the large for a group of 3 or 4 unless you love shave ice 1 large will be enough for 2 *there's 100 flavors but I wish they were better quality flavors organic/natural.

I went here with my husband on our anniversary and its was so cute ! Overcrowded but we had fun and it was a nice valentines set up . I will definitely go back ! Thanx for our picture frame
Let's just say, Ill never in my life go back!!!!! The concept is great, but this place really need to reevaluate their business and make a lot of changes. The only positive thing I can honestly say about this place is that the music was great!....
I totally love this place!! Great music always playing and the environment is so much fun and unique. The staff is great and always have something to recommend if unsure of what to get! My most favorite item I recommended is the shaved ice with vanilla ice cream in the middle or the smores platter. If you have a sweet tooth I definitely recommend you try this place out!
