Had to wait 23 min just for s'more togo! There were 4 or 5 girls there. Clueless!! Then one of them with long blk hair was to busy playing with her hair!! Gross
This place is a big disappointment! No AC, 30 minute wait, rude employees... "sNOwopilis". Never again!
Snowopolis just a bit of advice to whom ever handles your Facebook. If I were you I would have apologized for the horrible service that was provided at your location. 2. Delicious and excellent customer service w/ a smile!
My daughter's had a great time so I'm giving 2 stars. But it's way too crowded 1 table fits max 4 people but you get the groups trying to fit 10 to a table. Had a couple of random kids in my wife's lap and we kept having to scoot over just to have our own space. Also no restroom and with two toddlers is not good. The door is right in the open but has a red velvet rope blocking it so people are aware that it's for employees only.
A fun experience awesome memories expecially for children you must try everything on the menu at least once many of them will keep you coming back repeatedly because they are addicting some things on the menu are good for the very hot days cool temperature days and the cold days there should be one of these snowopolis nearby every movie theater in Disneyland they should also have a trailer cart at all the state fairs even a catering type vehicle that you can find around on the streets around towns and traveling carts that wi... read more
The staff was amazing! One guy in particular was just the sweetest most attentive associate ever on top of the amazing treats! Try the sour pineapple!
I haven't been there yet but ima give it a five ⭐️
