Been coming here since they first opened! Awesome vibe, yummy treats, and EXCELLENT customer service!!
All I want to know is customer service that bad cause I'm not about to drive all the way there to get bad service.
This place is soooOoOo good, I can't even put it in to words. The set up is so cute, almost like a mini night club but for kids and adults lol. I got the table side smores and that was cute just because I seen how much fun everyone was having roasting there own s'more. I also got the shaved ice witch was personally my favorite of all! I highly recommend this place to anyone that passes by. Thank you Snowopolis for an amazing time and great customer service!!!
Took my son for his 7th bday. First we walk in and no one was there. When the girls finally decide to come out they were very rude and refused to answer questions since we had never been there we had a lot to ask. Our smores took over 30 minutes to be ready and when done the girl just threw it on the table with a horrible attitude. Tables were beyond dirty and sticky! The girls there refused to clean or even provide extra paper towels to clean. Such a shame!!!
We loved our experience here my kids would love to come back. Kid friendly big time ,the girls were super helpful and food super yummy in our tummy !
Took my 2 year old there for her birthday and we enjoyed it! From the snow cones to the build your own cookies!
I love it it's so much fun for the kids and to hang out with friends I love this place.
We have a great time here and kids loved the place, and all the workers were very nice.
