Firts time here from the I.E. and the service is not good ,super bad Curtomer service ,customer service is be greeted when walk in and when there tAking your order with a great or positive attitude you pick the flavors and you get wat they want , not just that the snowcone fell apart and instead off making me a new 1 they put more ice like really all mix flavors couldn't taste with one was wich..... 45 MINUTES For one snow cone!? ARE YOU SERIOUS. Never coming here again. Not worth the wait. Unbelievable...
Place sucked, took 30 mins plus just to get some shaved ice. Would not recomend it
Really bad service, they don't clean the tables 45 min pass my order wasn't ready ( small shave iced) I went to ask oh 2 more orders and then it's your turn so about 30 min I just went to get my money back
Unless the management makes some staff changes, this place will not last. It is good once you get it. But not even a steak and lobster take as long as this place.
Its good. But the wait is ridiculous!!! Over an hour wait.
Stuffy, loud ass music(couldn't hear myself think) ...and the service was a bit slow(felt like eternity)... Anyways, I doubt I'll be going back...hate to be that one nagging customer.. #realtalk
