The place was filthy to be so new...the leather on the seats is worn, the tables are stained, and honestly a bit small for the foot traffic. The way that it appear on the website you would think it was much larger. I guess if you go at night you can't see all of the nastiness. The customer service was horrible...There was one person working the machine. Waited 45 minutes for 2 small snowcones.
My 6 year old thinks it's cool and that was pretty much my reason for going. We ordered a shaved ice & table side smores for about $30. Both were very yummy. The place is smaller than I imagined, but looks very cute. Loved the atmosphere. Seems like a great hangout for kids. Only bad thing is I was surprised by the wait to receive our order. We were quoted 20 minutes. Seems a bit long when all you have to do is shave some ice and pour a little syrup on it, grab some graham crackers, marshmellows, chocolate and a few add-ons.... read more
Great for kids on a special occasion. The service is pretty bad. The girls are not friendly they do not greet you or acknowledge you unless you are in front of the register. Get new staff.
The place it's good. But the only thing I didn't like is that they don't have bathrooms. My niece had to go to the AMC. That's ridiculous.
The ice cream is good, but the customer service is bad (rude), they take forever on the snow cones, they ran out of krispy cream donuts.. ugh to much waiting. We waited an hr for snow cones and when they finally brought it they slipped it all over the table. They need better management or more people on the floor working.
We absolutely loved this place, before I had went, I read the reviews first, I read a lot of negative reviews, I wanted to see for my self.. I'm so glad I did.. My kids had a blast.. Yes it is packed Non-Stop but well worth it.. well to me at least.. Once you see your kids happy and having a great time.. Nothing else matters.. Yes I will go again!
