I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to get 2 snow cones. Non of the tables were cleaned the whole time after several different parties leaving their mess all over the place. The seats were filthy from kids running all over them with melting snow cones. I will most likely never go back seeing that i can get a snow cone at several different places and only wait 3-5 minutes.
Something needs to be done. There's nothing wrong with the employees. The system is flawed. Its the person in charge. There needs to be supervisors or something to make sure everything is in order. First come first serve and proper orders. I did wait an hour but once I said something THEN I got my order. I had an order missing too. Getting pissed off will not help any situation. No need to get mad about ice cream and snow cones.
I wish I could say I had a great experience here. Service is horable, the Air conditioning was out!!! These young ladies have to much attitude for me. Seriously, the worst experience here. I was extremely bummed. I hardly ever post something bad, but this place needs new management. I went there once before and it was at night. Los postres muy buenos y un precio rasonable. Pero el personal muy muy super lentos. Biendo k hay muchocima jente en espera y en linea no le echan ganas. trabajar con una hueva. Nesecitan k contratar jente actiba The deserts are really good and reasonable prices but the personnel are lazy to work They see a big line of people waiting and they're still take their time. They need to hire more energetic personnel
