The service is terrible an hour to two to get a shaved ice.Also no where to sit you have people eating in the facility from where they bought food very dirty and very small
Never going again . Horrible experience , place was filthy from top to bottom .
Unfortunately the service and the cleanliness were bad. Not to mention that I had to wait an hour and a half to get a cookie and just flavored ice... Oh, well!
Totally overrated. Small, crowded, and blasting loud inappropriate music for a family environment. Waited outside an hour for one snow cone and s'more for two.
Honestly the service was terrible. And literally piles of dirty napkins everywhere. I cannot believe the management lets it get this bad. Something needs to be done before they fall under and close shop.
Food good. Wait is a disappointment got the 9:15 lines up ordered until 10:10... got our food till 11:00 and they closed 10min later Way understaffed !
We waited about 1hour and 40 minutes for 1 cookie and an ice one. Not worth the wait!!!
