I bet us hispanic people who actually sell shave ice in the street for a living. Can shave the same amount of ice in less than a minute or two. & in a way we can. Since my uncle does this for a living. Pulling his cart up & down. & by him self. Snowopolis makes their customers wait for an hour when my uncle can serve his customers in less than 5 minutes. I hate the fact that we have to wait over half an hour to get ice. By all means its good but the service sucks. Today I was there over 40 minutes, they had 6 girls working and I could not get a small Hawaiian ice. I had to ask for my money back....

Cute cozy place.. Great location for all the young kids and great new staff... Very nice, helpful and cute young girls..will definitely recommend
When I saw it I was like yummy looks good. So I went and I was glad to see they had sugar free flavors. But they tasted nothing like I thought it would. I tried watermelon and mango flavor. It was not good. I was very dissapointed. But I thought well its sugar free. But my husband also had one. And he had regular flavors and was very disappointed. They didn't taste like what he asked for. So I tried it too and it was bad. Will not go again.
