Loved this place!! Took our kids for S'mores and a snowcone!
I enjoyed the desert they were very good. My son also enjoyed it but what needs change is the employees the customer service was terrible the girls have no social skills and that could really kill a business. Wont be going back.
Love this place to share quiet moments with my wife
Really bad service when in just for the table top smores told it would be a hour . My daughter really wanted it so i said ok a hour and 30 minutes later i reminded them we were still waiting after i saw guest that got there after us already receiving there order. Worker laugh and went to get my order took another 15 minutes . What really got me upset was i didn't even receive a I'm apology smh they need more structure in management nothing but lil kids working there .
We ordered one small snow cone. They told us it would take 35-40 minutes. We decided to get subway next door, to pass the time- an hour later, still no snow cone. We asked for a refund and left. And the girls are RUDE!
